Spesso mi sento come se le persone che mi circondano prendessero decisioni basate su criteri totalmente irrazionali, è difficile capire come sia possibile che gli manchino il basilare senso della logica e il ragionamento. Mi piace lavorare con i sistemi, specialmente teorici, di idee, che rappresentano concetti interessanti – più sono complessi e intercorrelati, meglio è.
C’è qualcosa di esteticamente affascinante nel costruire e definire dei sistemi; nel creare una simmetria che dà un senso di completezza, sistematicità; ciò mi appaga molto. È molto importante per me che tutto sia giusto e coerente – se sento che non è così, spiegherò in dettaglio dove il ragionamento è sbagliato. Mi sforzo molto per massimizzare la chiarezza e la precisione concettuale quando parlo con gli altri, e mi aspetto che facciano lo stesso.
